Indian construction industry is expected to register a growth of 13% in real terms in 2021 following a decline of 12.4% in 2020. However, the outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and subsequent lockdown restrictions weighed on the industry’s output last year.
Cement production reached 329 million tonnes (MT) in FY20 and is projected to reach 381 MT by FY22. However, the consumption stood at 327 MT in FY20 and will reach 379 MT by FY22.
The Union Budget allocated Rs. 13,750 crore (US$ 1.88 billion) and Rs. 12,294 crore (US$ 1.68 billion) for Urban Rejuvenation Mission: AMRUT and Smart Cities Mission and Swachh Bharat Mission, respectively and Rs. 27,500 crore (US$ 3.77 billion) has been allotted under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.
As per Indian Steel Association (ISA), steel demand will grow by 7.2% in 2019-20 and 2020-21.

Can I return the materials?
Yes, Applicable on below cases only:-
- If there is a mismatch in Size/dimension with comparison to the ordered materials/products. If Wrong materials/products/colors were sent from the ordered list of items
- If tampered materials/products were received .
- If Defective items materials/products are received.
- If Materials/products are not as per the manufacturer’s product manual (Valid only for products/ materials which are sold in package by the manufacturer along with a user manual)
- Materials/product quality not matching with the manufacturer's claims. Note: In case, the materials need testing by third party agencies, all costs and effort to be borne by the buyer, including sending samples, testing charges and report collection)
- If notified to us within 24 hours on receipt of the order.

- Ordered materials are NOT in transit(Loaded) from the Manufacturer
- Ordered materials/products are NOT customized to suit the Buyer requirement.
